  - Rates starting in the 9.99% (interest on used funds only), up to 85-90% LTC, 12-24 month terms
  - Option to finance full term interest reserves (calculated as an S-Curve – not interest on full loan amount day 1)
Build For Rent
- Subdivision and MPC financing
  - Up to 75% LTC
  - Can be underwritten as partial sale or full development loan into perm financing
